General Policies

• Breeder reserves the right to substitute a stud for any reason.

• Breeder reserves the right to select any puppy from any litter as a potential breeding dog.

Premium Breeder’s Pick

Occasionally, Sanctuary Farmhouse Doodles reserves a puppy as a potential holdback for our breeding program. If we decide to make that puppy available to a pet home, we may offer the puppy as a Premium Breeder’s Pick.

For an additional fee above the puppy’s regular price, a family may reserve that specific puppy before regular waitlist selections, regardless of their position on the waitlist. For example, a family in the sixth position could secure that puppy without waiting for the first five families to choose.

This option applies only to the designated puppy. All other families retain their selection order for the remaining available puppies. Premium picks are offered at our discretion and are not available for every litter.
